The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for 33 months in French oak barrels, 35% new oak. It was bottle aged for one year to let the tannins soften. It is 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot. Alcohol 14.1%. 125 cases produced. Double Gold Medal Winner 2021 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.
